Formula Drift Long Beach

We recently at the pleasure to cover some of the Formula Drift 2022 Long Beach, CA. It was a media & press day which we were allowed to do a ride along with the professional drivers. Video does not do it any justice on how fast and smooth drifting really is in the high horsepower cars. I was able to hold my camera almost completely still as we were ripping around each corner completely sideways with smoke rolling from the rear tires like a smoke bomb.

I was able to do a ride along with Falken Tire driver Matt Field which ended up being awesome because he was super cool and that fact that Falken Tire sponsors our offroad rig just made scene. Below you’ll see some photos from the day.
